Q: Can we go to the British Virgin Islands?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Let’s go to Soggy Dollar, The Baths at Virgin Gorda, The Indians, the world-famous Willy T or one of many other off the beaten path destinations. Maverick was built to effortlessly navigate conditions that sideline other vessels that aren’t as well suited to make the journey. We’ll get you there quickly, comfortably, and safely! And as an added bonus, you’ll be the envy of the beach when you arrive in style on this brand new luxury power boat!
NOTE: While you may have your heart set on something specific, trust your captain to choose the best location based on wind and weather conditions for the day.
Q: Is smoking allowed on the boat?
A: NO smoking is allowed onboard. We apologize for any inconvenience. While we understand no one would intentionally harm the boat, accidents do happen, and they’re not gonna happen on board Maverick!
Q: What is the cancelation policy?
A:
-Cancelation outside of 48hrs from the charter’s scheduled start time, there will be a full refund of the deposit.
-Cancelation 24-48hrs from the charter’s scheduled start time, the deposit will be forfeited.
-Cancelation within 24 hrs from the charter’s scheduled start time, the full charter price will be forfeited.
-Cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions are at the Captain’s discretion, and our guest’s safety is our utmost priority. If possible, we will reschedule for another day with more favorable weather conditions. If unable to do so, the guest will receive a full refund.
Q: Where do we meet to board the boat?

–For guests departing from St. Thomas, we are located at American Yacht Harbor, Red Hook, St.Thomas. American Yacht Harbor, Dock Slip B11

Q: Where can we park?
A:
St. John– Parking in Cruz Bay is first come, first served. The easiest/closest option if driving yourself and looking for parking:

St Thomas- There are a few options for parking nearby. Parking at AYH Marina is limited to first come, first serve, and limited to two hours. We recommend parking options listed below:

Q: Can we fill out waivers online?
A: Yes. Waivers can be filled out HERE ahead of time, saving time the day of the trip.
